Alison Traister, B.A. Honors. Fine Art, the creative energy behind Fidget design.

Raised and schooled in England, studied textiles and fine art, a natural extension since I loved to create, loved colour and the joyous interpretation of life!!

Britain was a hope, skip and a swim from the lively cultures of Europe, I spent many summer vacations soaking up the Mediterranean light, landscapes and atmospheres imbued with the rich colors still influencing my art today.

Now living with my husband and Fidget partner Jonathan Traister in Taos, New Mexico. We established Fidget Gallery, our days are divided and balanced between the passive solar earth ship painting studio, art shows, Fidget Gallery and my very, very dynamic family!
